IN1: Individual - Project Manager of the Year
An individual who has performed the role of Project Manager in 2025 by exemplifying character and demonstrated attributes that set them apart from their peers.
IN2: Individual - Sales Person of the Year
A Sales Person in 2025 exemplifying character and demonstrated attributes that set them apart from their peers.
IN3: Individual - Trades Person of the Year
An individual that directly performed a trade in 2025 exemplifying character and demonstrated attributes that set them apart from their peers.
IN4: Individual - Rookie of the Year
An individual that is in their first year, hired after December 31, 2024, exemplifying responsibility, professionalism, and/or overcame difficulty encountered achieving growth.
IN5: Individual - Sub-Contractor of the Year
Must be nominated by a Builder. Ease of partnership in 2025 with the nominated subcontractor, subcontractor's expertise in their field, and how they provided excellent service or advisement/consulting services that led to a positive result for the job.
IN6: Individual - Marketing Professional of the Year
Development and implementation in 2025 of marketing policy including market research, product development, marketing plan, merchandising and advertising, special personal qualities that enhanced professionalism, and difficulties encountered in marketing the product/service and how they were overcome.
